📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with the tracking details.

💰 Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on weight and location)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1000 (limited-time offer)
🔁 Delivery Issues
- If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
- SnapTrendz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.
🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most locations with an additional fee of ₹40.
- Orders with repeated failed COD deliveries may be restricted from using COD in the future.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can track the live status of your parcel through the link provided.
