Overview
At SnapTrendz, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered — in perfect condition. We accept returns and exchanges only in specific situations where there is a clear issue with the item you received.
We do not offer general change-of-mind returns. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for the eligible reasons listed below.
Eligible reasons for return or exchange
We accept return and exchange requests only for the following reasons:
Unboxing video — mandatory requirement
To raise any return or exchange claim, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. This protects you and ensures we can resolve your issue quickly.
- Recording must begin before the sealed package is opened — show the intact packaging clearly at the start.
- Must be a continuous, uncut recording — no breaks, pauses, or edits.
- Must clearly show the defect, damage, wrong item, or wrong colour upon opening.
- The shipping label or order details must be visible in the video.
- Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with your claim email.
Exchanges
We will replace your item if it falls under one of the eligible reasons above. To request an exchange, email us at info@snaptrendz.in with your order details and unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please work through these steps:
Shipping returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong colour, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable for all other cases.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
